Our dedicated kitchen team is committed to supporting an ethical food system in Bali by minimizing waste and offering world-class quality at a fair price. Let us make a case for Slow Food, and you’ll taste why dining the natural way makes for a better experience.
Ever craved fresh, spicy flavors on a rainy day? That’s because your taste buds change with the seasons. Our menu features seasonal ingredients that change with the winds blowing through our food garden. That means regardless of when you walk through our doors, we’ll make sure that our flavors are fine-tuned to your taste buds.
See Our MenuIn the process of creating soulful food, The Suku strives to source exclusively local and ethical ingredients. From the farm, to the kitchen, to the table, we treat all our ingredients and the farmers who grow them with the utmost respect. Our main farms are located in Bedugul and Garut (West Java), with seasonal goods intermittently sourced from local suppliers.
A small food garden is also available at our venue, from which we harvest vegetables and herbs for specific dishes. In alignment with keeping waste to a bare minimum, we upcycle our food waste from the kitchen into organic fertilizer for our crops, making sure that all the nutrients that we borrow from Mother Earth are returned or put to good use.
Feel free to explore our food garden when you visit us or to chat with one of our resident groundskeepers to learn more.
